Bodkin & Paas Named Senior Associates

GBBN Architects is proud to announce that Joe Bodkin and Krista Paas have been named Senior Associates.

Bodkin, a Cincinnati native, works in the Development Mixed-Use market and has been involved in numerous projects in downtown and Over the Rhine neighborhoods. These include: The Lofts at Fountain Square Condominiums, Harbor Greene Condominiums, Ronald McDonald House Addition and Metaphor Office Lofts.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Bodkin brings with him over a decade of Project Manager/Project Architect experience. He is a Registered Architect in both Ohio and Illinois, and is a member of both AIA and NCARB.

Krista has nearly a decade of experience exclusively dedicated to healthcare planning and design. The Loveland (OH) native earned her Bachelor of Architecture from UC, and is currently working on the University of Kentucky’s Patient Care Facility. Her extensive project involvement includes Cincinnati Children’s Hospital NICU addition, Cincinnati Children’s Surgery and PACU renovations, and Deaconess Hospital surgery renovations.

Krista has received national awards for project design, as well as for team excellence on projects exceeding $100 million in construction value. She is also a member of AIA, NCARB and on the board of the Summerfair Cincinnati.
