Cincinnati Downtown Tour of Living Is September 30th

If you’ve ever wondered what all the fuss is about regarding living in downtown Cincinnati but never took the time to find out, Sunday September 30th is the opportunity not to miss.

Presented by Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., the Downtown Tour of Living will showcase nine residential properties and eight restaurants beginning at Noon. GBBN Architects is proud to be a major sponsor of the Tour.

“We’re very excited about being involved in the Downtown Tour of Living,” said Steve Kenat, AIA, firm principal and Director of GBBN’s Development & Mixed Used market. “This a great opportunity for people to see firsthand the progress being made in regards to the revitalization of downtown.”

Volunteers will be on hand to serve as tour guides at the residential and restaurant stops welcoming guests and answering questions about the properties downtown amenities and the many benefits of urban living.

“There are many positive points about living in downtown Cincinnati, and momentum is still building” said Kenat. “It’s our goal to continue to design places for people to live, work and play. Our projects for residential, retail, and entertainment venues celebrate the best of the urban neighborhood.”
