EKC Names GBBN's Taylor To Board

GBBN’s own Darren Taylor was recently notified that the Eastern Kentucky Chapter of the American Institute of Architects had voted him the new Chair of its Membership Committee. He will be officially introduced at the group’s next Board meeting.

EKC is one of three Kentucky Chapters (Northern Kentucky and Central Kentucky are the others). Darren has been a member since December 2005, and has participated and volunteered in various ways, including serving as a Chapter mentor and helping with the AIA 150 initiative. As Membership Committee Chair he will be responsible for recruiting new members, acting as a liaison to the professional community on behalf of the Chapter and helping with internal membership opportunities and situations.

Darren earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky in 2004.
