Joseph Power Joins GBBN Arts & Entertainment Design Team

Dear Colleagues and Friends:

I am happy to announce that I have joined GBBN Architects' design team as a Senior Project Manager. The Cincinnati-based, full-service architectural firm ranks among the Top 50 architectural firms in the nation and has offices in Lexington, Kentucky and Beijing, China. This is an opportunity for me to focus on my area of expertise -- performing arts and arts-related projects.

I'm confident this move will lead to challenging and exciting professional opportunities. My design focus has always been on architectural planning, programming and design with emphasis on music and performing arts facilities, and I'm excited about working with a firm so committed to the world of arts and entertainment.

As you may already know, I managed the expansion and renovation of two major colleges at the University of Cincinnati, including the College of Design Architecture Art and Planning as well as the College-Conservatory of Music. Currently I'm working on projects that include program planning for a new facility combining the School of Music and The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago, as well as continuing planning for a new School of Music at the University of Memphis in Tennessee.
