GBBN Architects is proud to announce that Mark K. Lee, AIA, LEED AP, has been named Manager of Construction Administration.
Lee joined the firm as a Project Architect in 2005, and is currently involved on the NKU Bank of Kentucky Center.
“Mark has been a very integral part of our success the last couple of years,” said Bob Gramann, firm President and CEO. “He stepped up and challenged our CA process and advocated change serving as a leader on the integrated practice initiative this year.” Gramann added, “Together with the NKU arena team, Mark applied a very creative process of change yielding considerable savings for the client overall.” Construction administration IS approximately 20-25% of OUR fee, AND is extremely important and the final phase of the architectural services GBBN provides. “Mark is the perfect fit for this position,” said Gramann.
Mark earned his Bachelors of Architecture from Temple University, and his Masters of Architecture from Cranbrook Academy of Art. A native of Ridgewood (NJ), Mark enjoys windsurfing on Cape Hatteras. He is married to Patricia Kucker, and they are the proud parents of Truman and Emma. The Lee’s reside in Anderson Township.
