GBBNers Participate in Inaugural Cincinnati Walks For Kids

On November 4th, a group of GBBNers joined over 4,700 patients, families and supporters of Cincinnati Children's in the inaugural Cincinnati Walks For Kids. Held at Coney Island, the community-wide event of which GBBN was a corporate sponsor, was a five-mile pledge walk. The funds raised will support the Cincinnati Children's Fund, which helps the medical center meet the most pressing needs of children and families in the Greater Cincinnati area.

"It was fun to be involved in the event and be able to give something back to such a great client," said Jason Luthy, a member of the firm's Cincinnati Children's design team.

Ben Earls, also a design team member, participated in the walk along with wife Julie and their son Avery. Said Earls, "As a parent who has needed and benefited from the services provided by Children's, we were more than happy to join the other families and do whatever we could to help."

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center provides world-class healthcare services for children across the globe. GBBN Architects is honored to be affiliated with such an extraordinary organization.
