Architecture matters to Education, just as curriculum matters to Education.  The design of educational environments directly impacts the student's learning process.  Simply getting the temperature and lighting right is a good start.  Color, sound, light, space and surface textures are all important elements in creating an environment that best enhances the learning process.

Learning occurs from the curb to the core, in both traditional and non-traditional spaces. Our goal is to create spaces that encourage learning throughout campus.  We value learning in community as paramount, for learning in isolation does not represent the functioning of our world.  We want to provide opportunities for learners to expand outside of the classroom and experience the world and each other directly.
