GBBN Names New Senior Associate & Associates


Jennifer Sebranek 
As Marketing Manager, Jennifer is passionate about advancing GBBN's global brand by crafting informative and creative marketing communications that shares how the firm's thoughtful design solutions can elevate our communities and clients. She works closely with the firm's leadership on developing proposals and interviews that unequivocally presents GBBN's value as well as assembles teams of experts that will successfully solve clients' challenges.


Chris Bowling  AIA, LEED AP BD + C
With over 18 years of experience, Chris has spent the last decade working within the Louisville community on projects that include cultural venues, historical preservation, schools, housing, and retail/restaurants. Currently, he is the Project Architect on downtown Louisville's newest multi-family residential project located on 4th Street. As demonstrated by his passion to improve the built environment as well as his involvement in the community, Chris is committed to the continual advancement of Louisville and the profession of architecture.

Matthew Plecity  AIA, ASLA
Matthew has spent his career designing sustainable buildings and landscapes for academic, non-profit, and corporate clients nationwide. His unique qualifications as both a registered architect and landscape architect have been an immense asset in crafting elegant design solutions for our clients including Tree Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, and Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. Matthew has also worked extensively to employ high performance envelope and system technology to meet Living Building Challenge and LEED Platinum standards at facilities locally in Pittsburgh and nationwide.

Carl Price AIA, LEED AP
Having worked with universities and colleges throughout the U.S. for nearly 30 years, Carl understands the issues facing these institutions today. His knowledge of and experience in this ever changing environment make him a valuable resource to his clients and project teams. Carl's experience programming, planning and designing student life spaces for clients such as the University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University, and Arizona State University speak to his expertise and commitment to higher education environments.


Zachary Zettler  AIA, LEED AP
With over 15 years of experience, Zachary brings extensive experience in higher-education, mixed-use, multi-family housing, and government projects. Client satisfaction and design excellence is at the core of his project management approach. He keeps the client and their users at the heart of every project to ensure the development of a meaningful and successful design solution.
