GBBN Welcomes Zachary E. Zettler

GBBN Architects announces that Zachary E. Zettler, AIA, LEED AP has joined the firm as an Associate and Project Manager in the Cincinnati office. With over 15 years of experience, Zach brings extensive experience in higher-education, mixed-use, multi-family housing, and government projects.

Zach’s commitment to the practice of architecture aligns well with GBBN’s purpose and passion to craft thoughtful design solutions that elevate our clients and communities today. Zach states that client satisfaction and design excellence is at the core of his project management approach. He keeps the client and their users at the heart of every project to ensure the development of a meaningful and successful design solution.

Zach is actively engaged in many industry organizations on the national, state, and local levels. He is a member of Society of College Planners (SCUP), Association of College and University Housing Officials – International (ACUHO-I), and the former Secretary of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). Locally, Zach was a member of 2012-2013 AIA Cincinnati’s VISION leadership program and has served as a committee member of the Cincinnati Design Awards. Zach has also spoken at and been published in multiple industry publications and events across the country.

Zach is committed to serving our community and is involved in mission-based organizations including serving as a board member for Elderly Persons in Community (EPIC) and volunteering at Crossroads Community Church. He is a University of Cincinnati DAAP graduate. Zach and his wife Jessie reside in Oakley with their son.
