A 215,000-square-foot facility for the performing arts involved 13 consultants with eight bid packages with a construction manager. Cesar Pelli & Associates was Design Architect. The primary space is a 2,700-seat Broadway House theater. Additional facilities include a 440-seat theater for various community arts organizations, a 150-seat Black Box theater, a community gallery exhibition space, rehearsal room, catering facilities, gift shops and support offices. The total project cost was $82 million. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. GBBN Architects was Architect of Record. In addition, this was a GMP project with Messer Construction as CM.
