Hamilton County Facilities Department requires a fleet of vehicles to support the building maintenance needs to service a territory encompassing 407 square miles. For years, vehicle maintenance needs and mileage logs were tracked manually, which made reporting difficult and risked putting required maintenance behind schedule. Hamilton County partnered with in4mation to identify a solution to facilitate the maintenance, scheduling, and tracking of vehicle information.

Needs
  • An automated system to schedule County maintenance vehicles
  • Ability to track vehicle drivers and mileage efficiently
  • Document fuel consumption
  • Track vehicle demand and schedule preventive maintenance
  • A system that could adapt to the growing needs of the County
Solution

in4mation configured the Fleet module to meet the needs of the County, providing an automated system that:
  • Integrates with the ARCHIBUS/FM Building Operations module to management preventive maintenance schedules
  • Highlights vehicles overdue for maintenance
  • Provides vehicle mileage logs, employee mileage logs, fuel receipts, and vehicle maintenance histories
