Hamilton County Facilities Department requires a fleet of vehicles to support the building maintenance needs to service a territory encompassing 407 square miles. For years, vehicle maintenance needs and mileage logs were tracked manually, which made reporting difficult and risked putting required maintenance behind schedule. Hamilton County partnered with in4mation to identify a solution to facilitate the maintenance, scheduling, and tracking of vehicle information.
