Currently in the Design Development phase, GBBN (Architect of Record) and RTKL (Design Architect) have teamed up on a new condominium project that includes 44,000 sf of retail on the ground floor.

Located on McMillan and Calhoun Streets in Clifton, the condominiums are 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom loft units with views of downtown and the University of Cincinnati. The two-tower project contains 234 units, ranging from 750 to 1650 square feet. Slated to open in Fall 2008, the building will also feature a fitness area, second-level terrace for residents, and about 400 parking spaces for residents and shoppers.
