GBBN Architects, in collaboration with Michael McInturf Architects, has successfully completed a new design for the CCDS campus. Founded in 1926, CCDS is a coeducational, college-preparatory school located in Indian Hill, Cincinnati, with 890 students aged 18 months to 18 years.

Phase one started with the demolition of 55,000 square feet. The new 98,000 square foot, multi-level structure houses the new Upper School, new Kitchen and Dining, new Information Center, new Administration functions and a new state-of-the-art 530 seat Theater and Arts Facility. Ample open space, defined as "Interactive Space", was designed and interconnected for informal student, teacher, administration and visitor use.

"Our Performing Arts Center has provided us the opportunity to showcase our own talent as well as bring in talent from the outside community. Brady Mick (Project Manager) was a major factor in getting this project completed on time and within budget. We encountered many obstacles and each time he stepped up to the plate and proved his skill as an exceptional problem solver. He always kept the best interest of the client as his guiding principle."
