GBBN has recently won the assignment to completely renew the facilities for this award-winning professional Equity Theatre dedicated to the development of new works and work new to the region. Intended as a 'second-generation” commitment to ETC's Vine Street site in the center of the city, this project will increase the overall facility to include a new professional scene shop and rehearsal space, completely redesigning the theatre house itself, expanding both front-of-house and rear-of-house support, and renewing the historic Vine Street façade. GBBN will focus on developing facilities that support the various program elements in dedicated spaces while also building an overall design solution around the authentic architecture of the original building.  Issues including sight-lines, accessibility, theatre systems and technology, and appropriate audience hospitality that have hampered ETC for years will be resolved within the new facility plans.
