GBBN began this project with an extensive pre-design study of the existing 1962 Administration Building on Spring Grove Avenue. The resulting program and facility are projected to meet the needs of CWW well into the 21st Century. The expansion and new north wing nearly double original office space and significantly strengthen CWW's presence on Spring Grove Avenue. The complex also becomes more user-friendly to the public by a new entry and lobby accentuated by a canopy, fountain, and new signage.
