The Emery Center Apartments is an adaptive reuse of an early 20th Century urban vocational school into 62 market-rate apartments. They are supported by a 62-unit parking garage built in the building light well. The apartments utilize the original grand classrooms as living and sleeping areas and are decorated in a New York loft aesthetic.

In addition to the apartments, the building will also house the Emery Theatre, which has been renovated into a state-of-the-art professional concert hall. Originally built in 1910, the building will receive new lobbies, ticketing and public restrooms. Also, the renovation includes new environmental systems, back of house facilities, new stage equipment and new performance equipment.
