Phase II Office Renovation was a six phase project incorporating two buildings on Formica's Evendale, Ohio campus. The development of space standards for offices and workstations and the relocation of several departments to maximize work efficiencies were the goals of the programming phase.

Project highlights included design of a state of the art learning center, integration of skylights and windows into largely windowless research & manufacturing facilities to create a stimulating work environment, and the design of a new entry canopy, signage pylons and sitework to project the buildings corporate identity.
