Fifth in a series, GBBN’s expansion and merging of offices marked another major building renovation. As with tradition, this program focused on straight forward, highly functional and innovative design coupled with a pallette of simple materials and bold, fresh colors. This project, however, was driven by green design principles. Starting with the adaptive re-use of a downtown auto showroom, most all building materials were of a recycled or a recyclable nature.
