GBBN Architects chose this landmark building, on the most prominent intersection in downtown Lexington, as the location of its new Kentucky office. 4,200-square-feet on the second floor has been fit-up for use as architectural studio space. The plan includes a conference room, reception area, kitchen/copy area, technology room and open office space for 18 professionals.
