GBBN Architects is working with Ackermann Group on the design and development of Harbor Greene, a mixed-use development including retail, office and residential space. Located along the Ohio River, Harbor Greene offers the many amenities of an "urban village" such as indoor and outdoor community spaces, a restaurant with river views, a 40,000 sq.ft. athletic club, multiple office spaces, and supporting parking. The three mid-rise condominiums total approximately 100 units.
