GBBN is working with Mochen Architects of Beijing, and Wuhan Architecture and Planning Institution of Wuhan on the design of “Jin Yin Lake” Condominiums, a development funded by Sunco Development Investment Company located on the south shore of Jin Ying Lake.

When complete, the 3 Phase project will include approximately 2.2 million square feet of residential space. Residential units range from 1,200 square feet condominiums to 3,000 square feet 3-story townhouses. In addition to meeting the residential needs of the community, the project will include a 50,000 sq ft commercial strip, community clubhouse, and 4 classroom kindegarten. Estimated completion: 2005.
