The Queen City Club (QCC) is a long-standing private business club with an impeccable reputation for quality and tradition. Looking to attract younger members, the QCC looked to GBBN to renovate the sedate, traditional dining room into a dynamic go-to “restaurant” destination.  The space has since been transformed into a new dynamic destination for its members, renovating the main dining areas within the private club.

From menus and artwork, to table settings and uniforms, GBBN worked with the club to brand the Macaroon concept - creating casual, energetic, and private dining opportunities all within the former dining room and offering GR's for formal dining.  Named “Macaroon” after QCC’s signature dessert, the restaurant features three different dining zones, which invite varying types of interaction depending on the desired mood or function. The main dining has a fresh, sophisticated air that is more contemporary in style, but exudes the timeless quality the club is known for.

With Core Resources as CM, GBBN maintained the budget and schedule, allowing QCC to enhance member benefits and increase recruitment.
