This project entailed adding 8,200 sf of office space to a 14,000 sf warehouse building. TA unique form was created with two circular nodes tying together two initial arcs. One arc formed the main circulation throughout the building; the other created an extended height wall at the entrance and main conference room which resulted in special boat-shape geometry. The protruding main conference room with exposed structure and sloped roof reflects Spectrums business growth. The enlarged main entrance blocks the view of an existing loading dock.
