All across the country, more and more people are moving to the city to have access to the many benefits of urban living. Cincinnati is no different. To accommodate this movement, GBBN is working with Miller Valentine to convert the existing Polk Building into 110 high-end residential condominiums. Located within the Central Business District, next door to the Taft Museum, Park Place at Lytle offers easy access to Fountain Square, theaters, the riverfront, and Newport on the Levee, as well as incredible river & city views. In addition to the prime urban location, the luxury condos offer numerous amenities such as meeting rooms, a fitness center, and an indoor garden. Maintaining the original building character, GBBN was successful in utilizing many of the existing building components to create unique design solutions.
