As part of the Schuster Center, Performance Place is one of Dayton's newest condominium complexes - occupying floors nine through 17 of the 224 ft tower. Performance Place is attached to the new performing arts center through a Wintergarden, one of the city's premier public gathering spaces. The 32 units range in size from 1700-1900 sq. ft., onebedroom condos to 4000-4200 sq. ft. three-bedroom penthouses and include amenities such as a private parking garage for residents, a private exercise suite, 24hour security, and a separate entrance and elevators to ensure condo area privacy. Managing the construction documents, GBBN Architects worked with Cesar Pelli & Associates on the outer shell tower and Kate Dungan on interior components.
