GBBN Architects is teamed with Cesar Pelli & Associates to provide architectural services for this entertainment/residential project for downtown Dayton, Ohio. The facility will occupy the site of the old Lazarus store at Second & Main. The 2300-seat theater is being designed primarily for music performances, but will accommodate broadway productions, opera and dance. The project also includes a residential tower with hotel rooms, apartments and condominiums. A glass enclosed winter garden connects the residential tower and theater.
