Quattro - This unique qualities that are characteristic of this scheme are representative of the diverse people who will soon call this development “home”.  Four distinctly different designs, combined with the material palettes and varied placement within the four-unit cluster, will provide people a community of choice.

Ribbon - The cluster of buildings is a large "canvas" for developing a composition encompassing all 4 buildings, while still providing a sense of identity and originality for the new owners.

Train - Responding to the grid that inspired the organization of the site plan, this concept looks at the central section that is created when the units are attached to one another. This section portrays the commonality within all of the unit floor plans (stairs, bathrooms) and represents the common thread between the inhabitants.

Border - This scheme revolves around more complicated interrelationships between individual inhabitants. Windows wrap around corners and over roofs to create skylights. All of this is done to support a stronger sense of community and neighborhood over the simple expression of the individual.
