The new 163-bed residence hall will feature 40 two-bedroom suites, two residence assistants' suites and one Residence Director's apartment. All the suites have private living room and bathroom facilities. Other amenities include two private study rooms, two small group rooms, two laundry rooms, a large community room and an exterior terrace. The entire building will be equipped for wireless technology to directly connect to the colleges network system.
