The dramatically designed 21-story, 71 Unit, 300,000 sf. luxury condominium tower was a collaboration between GBBN Architects and Studio Daniel Libeskind.  It has become a landmark adjacent to the historic suspension bridge, viewable from balconies of every unit.  The collection of sloped-ceiling penthouses includes multi-story units with terrace gardens.
