As the Architect of Record, GBBN Architects was instrumental in developing a new One-Stop Shop for the University of Cincinnati to ease the administrative process for students. For the first time, students can go to one location, the new University Pavilion, to take care of all the administrative details associated with their education. The Pavilion offers over a dozen student administrative services including student admissions & enrollment, financial aid, scheduling, undergraduate transfer, disability services, parking, housing and more. The Pavilion also includes executive offices for the President, Vice-Presidents and Board of Trustees, as well as UC's Visitor Center.

Together, GBBN with Leers Weinzapfel Associates (Design Architect), created a front door to UC's campus. The facility is sited at the historic entrance to the original campus while the entrance leads to Main Street, the Main Artery of Campus, allowing for direct access to the Visitor Center.

I wanted to compliment you folks on what a spectacular space.  It is just wonderful.  A lot of student activity here. The furnishings are working so well with the building.  It is a major home run. I think there is something here that GBBN can certainly be proud of.
