GBBN (Architect of Record), together with Heinlein Schrock Stearns (Design Architect), provided architectural services for the renovation project of the 30-year-old sports complex's exterior and interior. Home to the UD's Division I Men's and Women's Basketball teams, and seating 13,553 fans, it also hosts other entertainment and cultural events. Included in the scope are corporate level improvements such as premium suites and lounges, enhancing support spaces, management and coaches' offices, and improving the overall appeal of the interior and exterior of the building.
