GBBN took advantage of exisiting ecological conditions by organizing the program elements into several distinct combinations of organic and geometric patterns, which work together with primary and secondary roadways, buildings and open spaces. Each residential enclave expresses unique characteristics through its layout, orientation, and landscape treatments.
The program is comprised of 302 units in a five-story townhouse. In addition, the plan includes a supermarket, commercial buildings, and a clubhouse.
Located within a five minute walking distance from new regional commercial developments, the site allows for convenience and easy access for all residents.
