Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to integrate program elements that create synergy between businesses and institutions and satisfy traditionally competing interests. In addition to urban planning and design services, our financial planning strategies can identify funding opportunities through a variety of federal and state programs. GBBN has utilized historic, new markets, energy and low-income housing tax credits for both our for-profit and non-profit clients.
