Bailey & Glasser is a progressive law firm experiencing exponential growth, which has propelled them from a small Charleston LLC to a large, national practice.  This historic renovation of a 1900's three-story downtown Charleston landmark, coupled with a sophisticated, sustainable and technologically cutting edge interior design helped B&G realize their vision.   The team was also able to take full advantage of Historic Tax Credits for partial funding of the project, and create tenant space in the building - potential growth space for Bailey & Glasser.

Maximizing daylight through the addition of windows, clerestories and borrowed light, was a key factor in enhancing the work environment. LEED principles of design were applied through all phases of the project, including the selection of finishes and furniture.
