Design-build renovation updating two residence halls on Miami University’s picturesque Neo-Georgian campus. Hamilton Hall’s restoration includes a complete upgrade to the interior spaces including renovation of the resident rooms to allow for an 181 bed capacity, new bathrooms, meeting, study, support, and recreation spaces, new MEP and updated site utilities, upgraded and accessible entrances, and new landscape and hardscape. The original attached dining hall is being developed into multi-purpose meeting spaces and sorority suites.
The Clawson Hall renovation includes MEP upgrades, tie-in to the campus geothermal system, updates to the interior finishes, and exterior restoration.
