This mixed-use development located along the Ohio River offers many amenities of an “urban village”.  The units are designed to take best advantage of views of the Cincinnati skyline and the river.  Views are available from each of the condominiums as well as from the office/retail buildings.  Large balconies and terraces are featured elements, and provide private outdoor amenity space to the units. 

The Master Plan includes multiple buildings, organized around a common exterior green as a park-like setting for river views, and access to the pool terrace.  As a landscaped deck, it also serves to cover parking areas to screen them from view, protect the vehicles, and reduce site run-off from otherwise paved areas.
