Amanda Markovic Earns SEED Certification

Amanda Markovic received her Social Economic Environmental Design (SEED) certification by completing a two day course. The course provides design and planning professionals in-depth knowledge on how design can address critical issues faced by communities. The curriculum is created around the SEED metric, a set of standards that outline the process and principles of this growing approach to design. Public interest design takes a holistic approach and considers a broad range of social impacts which helps enhance an existing design practice and improve learning skills to become pro-actively engaged in community-based design.
