Hamilton County Earns Second TOBY Award March 2006

And The Winner Is...

Each year the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) recognizes properties that exemplify superior building quality and management practice. In the Fall of 2005, it was announced that in4mation client, The Department of County Facilities for Hamilton County, had won the local Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the Government Category for its 800 Broadway facility. This facility is the second time the Department of County Facilties has won the Regional TOBY winner in the Government Category. Previously the award was earned for the County Courthouse in 2002-03.

It was in January that the judges for the North Central Region of BOMA announced that the Department of County Facilities was the regional TOBY winner in its particular category and would be moving on to the international competition level and compete with 12 other regional winners.

"We are very proud of the team at 800 Broadway for the effort they have put forth in winning this prestigous ward," said Ralph Linne, Hamilton County's Facility Director. He added, "This award is yet another testimonial to our commitment to excellence in providing first-class workplace environment to our tenants and the public."

The international TOBY Award winners will be announced at the North American Real Estate Congress on June 27th in D
