Leadership Cincinnati USA Selects GBBN's Otis

GBBN Architects is proud to announce that firm partner and market director of its arts and education division, Greg Otis, has been selected to participate in Leadership Cincinnati USA's Class XXXIV.

"We are extremely proud to have Greg recognized for his outstanding leadership skills and accomplishments, and to join fellow GBBNers who are Leadership Cincinnati alum," said Bob Gramann, firm president and CEO, and a member of Leadership Cincinnati's Class V. "Greg has been an integral component of our leadership team, with responsibilities that include business development and team leadership for a market representing one-third of our total business."

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati's DAAP program, Otis joined the firm in 1990, and was named partner in 1994. According to Gramann, Greg's ability to see through the issues and identify solutions from his unique viewpoint and holistic understanding of the firm's business only adds to his already strong leadership skills and approach to success. "Greg is further a natural leader because of his gregarious personality, interpersonal skills and facilitation style," said Gramann.

Leadership Cincinnati USA participants are selected on the basis of demonstrated leadership ability as well as evidence of community interest and commitment. Approximately 48 people are selected from a cross-section of the Grater Cincinnati community and represent various social, economic and racial backgrounds.
