Marcene Kinney Named to Cincinnati Shakespeare Company Board of Trustees

Cincinnati Shakespeare Company (CSC), a resident ensemble theater company that brings Shakespeare and the classics to life for all, has named Marcene Kinney to its board of trustees.

An arts destination for the region, CSC is committed to the artists, audiences, schools, and communities of Cincinnati.

As Director of GBBN’s Arts Market, Marcene uses architecture and design to create a sense of belonging, inclusion, and well-being in the arts. Her recent projects include Cincinnati Ballet’s Margaret and Michael Valentine Center for Dance, The Andrew J Brady ICON Center for Music, and the Hanna Wing Gallery renovation at the Cincinnati Art Museum.

“I’m excited to be joining such a dynamic and inspiring organization,” says Marcene. “I’m looking forward to chairing the board’s committee on diversity, equity, inclusion, and access as we work to find ways to break barriers to and within the arts.”

Congratulations Marcene!
