Mary Jo Minerich Goes Back to School for Real

Mary Jo Minerich was recently selected to participate in LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Cincinnati’s Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL), a nine-month program designed to educate and mentor the next generation of Greater Cincinnati real estate professionals. Program participants represent a diverse cohort with a focus on leadership and those typically underrepresented in the real estate development industry. The goal of the REAL program is to expand diversity in real estate development by offering a selected group the opportunity to expand their knowledge and grow their skills.

“Development knowledge isn’t just for developers,” notes Mary Jo. “The more architects understand about the various challenges and drivers of development, the better partners we can be to our clients and communities.”
