Cassidy Staver



Architecture is Cassidy’s passion and listening is her superpower. With a deep understanding of building assembly, Cassidy leads clients and design teams with empathy to surface the hidden challenges and opportunities in every project. By balancing multiple viewpoints and encouraging honest, straightforward conversation, Cassidy identifies and amplifies unexpected design solutions that help organizations fulfill their visions of the future. Her recent work includes the Harold M. and Eugenia S. Thomas Comprehensive Care Center, Marian Spencer Hall at the University of Cincinnati, and the workplace renovation for Artswave. Outside the office, Cassidy applies her knowledge of architecture, history, and construction to the renovation of her 1925 home.
