The Congress for New Urbanism—the country’s oldest non-profit helping to build walkable, livable neighborhoods—holds its 27th annual Congress in Louisville, Kentucky this week. Come join us at a couple of events:

On Wednesday, June 12 from 7:30-10pm, head on over to the KMAC Museum for “The Best of Kentucky” free opening reception. The exhibit featuring urban design problem/solutions from across the bluegrass and surrounding areas—including our own Novak Center for Children’s Health and the Edge on 4th apartment building.

On Thursday, June 12 from 4-5:15pm, Steve Kenat and Chas Wiederhold are part of the panel at OPEN INNOVATION: Innovative Approaches to Development and Facilitating Sustainable Land Use Patterns. The session looks at adaptive zoning methods and strategies that can either work around, or override roadblocks.

See you in Louisville!
