Meet Our New Associates
GBBN recently recognized the leadership of four employees who not only do their jobs exceptionally well, but whose thoughtful action cultivates excellence in others:
Lynn Belhumeur is recognized as a leader in coordination with consultants and contractors thanks to her high-quality standards, exceptional organization skills, and clear communication. By balancing constructive feedback with encouragement, Lynn creates space for growth and learning at all levels on a project team, while supporting overall management of each project.
Emre Erenler balances design sensitivity with technical rigor. He elevates design and improves outcomes by asking the kinds of challenging questions that ultimately improve design clarity and building performance. Emre brings a positive and supportive energy to colleagues and project teams throughout all phases of a project.
Sabreena Woods-Miller is a visible champion for our work and has advanced GBBN’s reputation in Pittsburgh. She builds meaningful external relationships with clients, elected officials, and community leaders and serves as an ongoing advocate for projects by connecting people and opportunities that amplify impact and create value.
Nick Seftas is a go-to leader on projects thanks to his ability to seamlessly navigate between design quality, documentation, and delivery. Nick addresses design and coordination challenges head-on with empathy and a solutions-first mindset that brings clarity to projects and builds trust among teammates.
