Claire was recently selected to participate in Cincy LEAD, a new leadership program that supports emerging and new-to-town leaders by connecting them to peers in a wide range of industries throughout the city.

Established in 2022 by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Cincy LEAD is a five-course program designed to help leaders build meaningful relationships and become stronger leaders in their organizations. Participants work in small groups throughout the program to build a cohort of trusted and confidential advisors. Participants hear from a range of subject matter experts, learn from each other, and share best practices.

“Connecting with such a diverse group of professionals outside the architecture industry has been a great experience,” says Claire. “In every session we learned about different leadership strategies and tools. One that resonated with me was asking the question ‘Do you need support, space, or solutions?’ to really listen and engage with the needs of others.”

Congratulations Claire!
