Design Issues Series 2019: Screen Time
The screen is everywhere. The knee jerk reaction to this ubiquity is that it is bad for society. GBBN’s 2019 Design Issues Series (DIS), Screen Time, explores moving picture media as a way to enhance experience and elevate communication. How can screen technology impact architecture to benefit human interaction? As designers, we create space for people, so how do we use screens to share spatial and cultural experiences? We’ll be sharing our research this fall with free, public exhibitions in Cincinnati, Louisville, and Pittsburgh. Stay tuned!
