Mickey LeRoy’s Got It: 2020 Vision
Mickey LeRoy has been chosen for AIA Cincinnati’s VISION Class of 2020. Designed for emerging leaders who have been licensed for less than 12 years, VISION is a selective leadership and professional development program.
The program’s curriculum of keynote speakers and workshops provide participants with an opportunity to refine their leadership, business, and communication skills while helping them cultivate a strong sense of civic responsibility, bolstered by strong personal and professional relationships.
“Having moved around a lot throughout my career,” Mickey says, “I’ve experienced different firm cultures and design approaches, but that doesn’t really give you as much of an opportunity to invest yourself in the ongoing growth of a firm. So, with VISION, what I’m most excited about is bringing the leadership skills and network I develop there back to GBBN in order to contribute to the ongoing development of our healthcare studio, the firm, and the larger Cincinnati community.”
