Congratulations to our New Principals 2021

In recognition of their leadership and contributions that have led to significant success for the firm, GBBN has named eight new Principals:

Brad Conner continues to improve GBBN’s forecasting and financial monitoring processes. His guidance and vision have allowed GBBN to execute our long-term and short-term capital and operational strategies.

Melanie Fairchild leads from a place of people first, allowing her to establish trust and respect across all our offices. She works to continuously improve our internal processes and workflows, instilling confidence in our internal teams and introducing new approaches to structuring and running the business.

Shawn Feigh is a highly skilled project architect who helps simplify complexity in healthcare projects and successfully brings positive resolution to project challenges. His thoughtful approach to design allows him to connect to diverse teams.

Mickey LeRoy balances a strong design voice and thoughtful, efficient management of healthcare projects. He is sought after by clients and design team colleagues thanks to an empathetic leadership style and being open to new ideas.

Amy Mees has earned the trust and respect of our healthcare clients and project teams thanks to the design expertise and creative solutions she presents in project meetings, at conferences, and on industry panels.

Greg Pinter believes beauty and design quality are foundational to everyday life. His tenacity—from design through delivery—elevates and inspires GBBN’s higher education and arts markets.

Matt Plecity’s market leadership for higher education is fueled by great design work that restores the planet and quality of life for people today and tomorrow. Never losing sight of what’s possible, Matt inspires teams to continually push the boundaries of their work.

Scott Vidourek connects diverse layers of complexity in crafting the best solution that advances people and processes. He epitomizes the firm’s desire to balance highly technical skill with a holistic view of design.
