Meet our New Principals

In recognition of their leadership and contributions that have led to significant success for the firm, GBBN has named two new Principals:

Adam Fosnaugh helps lead technical innovation at GBBN through a rigorous and collaborative process that helps elevate design, enhance sustainability, and ensures clients’ design budgets are used in impactful ways to solve their biggest challenges. He leads teams by example, with a calm, patient attitude that encourages open discussion and collaboration. Forthcoming about existing challenges, even when solutions aren’t immediately clear, Adam keeps lines of communication open and projects progressing while keeping both the big picture and small details in sight. As a member of GBBN’s firmwide design leadership group, Adam helps guide design strategies that work to exceed client expectations while aligning with our business objectives.

 

Beth Latto manages many of GBBN’s largest interior renovation projects. She guides project team members to tasks that align with their strengths, resulting in thoughtful, innovative, and creative design solutions. With a combination of experience, expertise, and respect, Beth’s careful listening and empathic, decisive leadership allow her to convey ideas and involve others while solving problems and building consensus. A sought-after mentor within the firm, Beth shares her design expertise and insight with others through her involvement in signature GBBN initiatives, such our Design Issues Series and our Design Speakers Series. She also volunteers with community programs like Cincinnati’s non-profit DesignLab, which provides free, in-school educational programs around architecture and design to students in grades K-8.
