Three Marketing Communication Awards for GBBN

The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) has recognized GBBN with three Marketing Communications Awards (MCAs).

SMPS is the marketing and business development association for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. The annual MCAs are the longest-standing and most prestigious awards program recognizing excellence in marketing and communications by professional services firms in the design and building industries.

The awards were announced at Build Business, SMPS’s national conference, held virtually this year. GBBN was honored in the following categories:

Book/Monograph-Print Edition for our Brand Book: Excellence Award Winner

More than just a beautiful book, the jury recognized this piece as a helpful tool for everyone at GBBN. Jury comments include: “I wish more firms would conduct putting together a branding book like this—would save lots of time and money and assure more brand consistency.”

Social Media Campaign for “Screen Time” our 2019 Design Issues Series (DIS) Exhibition: Merit Award

Our “Screen Time” campaign impressed the jury with its results (the campaign led to a 50% increase in our Instagram followers) as well as its look and concept: “Cool, well-conceived, and accompanied by stunning graphics,” the jury loved how our social media campaign pushed content creation into the hands of others.

Mixed Media Project Pursuit for the Andrew J Brady ICON Music Center: Merit Award

The jury liked the clear and well-thought-out message and theme and found the entire package impressive and engaging
